Glamping & Cabin Bookings
A refundable deposit of £100 is pre-authorised on your credit or debit card to allow for damages. This is removed once you check out of the campsite.
Single use plastic
We pride ourselves on being a single use, plastic free campsite - please can you bring reusable cups and containers on site.
Do not bring single use plastic water bottles onto the meadow.
At Hatters Meadows, we are passionate about creating a place where our guests can truly escape, relax, and reconnect with nature.
Our journey began with a vision: to offer a camping and glamping destination that not only provides comfort and adventure, but also nurtures and celebrates the surrounding wildlife.
Opening Times
2025 Season
Touring pitches & Timber Tents: Open from 4th April to 2nd November 2025.
Cabin of hearts: Open from 1st February 2025 to 4th January 2026.
Booking Information
Touring & Camping: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Glamping: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Maximum number of guests per pitch is 6. Please add additional pitches at the end of the booking.
Latest check-in time for our guests is 7pm on the day of arrival. Arrivals after 7pm must be pre-arranged and confirmed by Mad Hatters Campsite.
Same Day Bookings: For bookings made after 2.30 pm on the same day as arrival, please can you phone / text to confirm your time of arrival.
Touring & Camping
We offer a number of grass pitches that are suitable for caravans, motorhomes, tents and folding caravans. Electric hook up is accepted on these pitches. A number of tent pitches (non-electric) can also be booked. We allow a maximum of two pets per pitch.
Glamping
We offer the option of glamping that are beautifully crafted and furnished. Whether you are coming as a couple or as a family, we can provide you with a beautiful stay in one of our tents or cabins. Minimum stay 2 nights.
